Today we celebrated our Arts Award achievement. Our year 6 pupils received their Arts Award certificate linked to working with an artist in school around the topic of ‘Keen to be Green’. Where we had a focus on our environment and clean air.

We had special visitors which included our Civic Mayor, Mr Consort, Councillor Leanne Feeley and our school governors. Our Mayor visited all the classrooms and had a tour of the school. Our favourite question of the day was - Do you live in a castle? Our visitors said our school had a lovely feel and was very welcoming. 

Congratulations year 6 on all your hard work, you should feel so proud of your Arts Award achievement.
