Writing our own graphic scores

Writing our own graphic scores

We created our own graphic scores in Music for our chosen colour peony pink using the word bank we created last week. We had to choose our own instruments, rhythm and then draw the graphic score to represent this. We discussed how layering sounds on top of each other would produce a better song but to make sure we didn't use too many instruments at once. We tried playing each others graphic scores to see if we interpreted the rhythm correctly. We then added dynamics to our composition using the relevant symbols to describe the changes in volume for our piece of music.
