Year 1 loved their trip to Gorse Hall yesterday. On the way there, they spotted lots of different road signs and in the park they found lots of deciduous and evergreen trees. They loved seeing the remains of the Gorse Hall mansion where Beatrix Potter's grandparents lived and comparing it to photos of what it used to look like. They found lots of statues of Beatrix Potter characters and items around the park too!
