This week in our Career Related Learning assembly we have been talking about being independent. This is a skill for life and will help pupils with their job in the future. Pupils had an excellent discussion and came up with:

• It is about having confidence in yourself.
• It is a chance to work alone, but it is important to ask for help. 
• Helps you build relationships. 
• Helps you to adapt and be creative. 

I loved all these ideas and I will be looking out for these in our pupils this half term and reward pupils.
