A big well done to the 2 boys who represented Tameside in the cross country championships on Saturday. You did Broadbent Fold proud!
A big well done to everyone who gave up their Saturday morning to take part in the Tameside Cross Country Championships. It was brilliant to see some new faces and see everyone cheering on pupils in the other races. A special congratulations to the two boys who have been selected to represent Tameside in the Greater Manchester Cross Country Championships at Heaton Park next week.
Year 3-4 Girls = 8th, 13th, 19th and 44th
Year 3-4 Boys = 3rd, 17th and 51st
Year 5-6 Girls = 36th and 52nd
Year 5-6 Boys = 10th, 16th and 19th
Dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge....it's time for the annual Tameside dodgeball competitions.
Pupils from Year 5 and 6 loved taking part in a dodgeball competition against other schools in Tameside and everyone did Broadbent Fold very proud.
Broadbent Fold Blasters (Y6) won games against Bradley Green Blasters and Aldwyn All Stars and also had some very close games against Greenside All Stars and Holden Clough coming 3rd in their group.

Last half term, Broadbent Fold loved taking part in the Urban Extreme Dance Fest and came away with a trophy for team spirit. We were really proud of everyone who took part; they encouraged and supported everyone in their own team and also cheered on other schools too. A big thank you to our dance coach Zoe for helping us with our routine and a special well done to Lottie who represented our school in a dance off.
