Summer Fair "Made with Love"

Year 5 were absolutely amazing at our Summer Fair yesterday!  Customers were greeted with "Come and buy our jewellery - it's been made with love!"  How could people resist!  Year 5 have worked incredibly hard over the past few day, planning, making and calculating the best prices to make the maximum profit on our sales.  Despite the rain, we managed to make over £80, which was AMAZING!  Thank you for all your hard work Year 5!  I might see some of  you on The Apprentice one day!  Mrs Blomeley

KS2 sports day

What a great sports day for years 3, 4, 5 and 6! Thank you for all the helpers that ran the stations and a big well done to everyone that took part!

Cricket

Year 4 loved taking part in the cricket tournament on Tuesday in Sports Week. It was great to see the children who play for clubs helping and encouraging those children who were less confident. Well done everyone for your fantastic teamwork and a special well done to Ruby who won both of their games!

Wimbledon Day with Year 4

Year 4 loved playing and watching tennis on Wimbledon day and keep asking If we can get the tennis nets and rackets out more at break time! Thank you to our Year 6 helpers Matthew and Jakob who helped us with our tennis session.

Gymnastics with Max Whitlock

What a way to start sports week with a live lesson from Olympic gymnast, Max Whitlock! We practised all of our different shapes and jumps and learnt how to do the perfect cartwheel. Max even had a challenge for us to stop our cartwheel half way through and turn it into a balance. Well done Year 4!

Freddie Fit

What a way to keep fit on a Friday morning with a bit of circuit training. Well done Y4 and Y6.

Gold Winners..again!

We have achieved GOLD for our School Games Mark Award for the 2024/25 academic year. The School Games Mark is a Government-led award scheme launched in 2012, facilitated by the Youth Sport Trust to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our success.

Swimming Gala

What a great way to start the sports week - swimming gala time. Our pupils came fourth overall and have done us so proud. They were cheering each other on so loudly, showing great team work too. Big shout out to Ted who has done the last three galas now and this will be his last - which he is very happy about. Huge thank you to Bella for stepping in last minute to do butterfly. Kai, who won his butterfly race and we had many 2nd and 3rd places too.
