Year 3 have started to practise football techniques with Mr Williams. Today we looked at the skills of passing and dribbling. Alex won the Sport's Award of the week.
I am looking for the skill of perserverance this half term. We are discussing it in assembly and we have shared the importance of this in our daily lives and for future employment.
This term our topic is 'Who were the Ancient Greeks?' We will explore what life was life in Ancient Greece exploring Gods and Goddesses, the Olympics and ancient myths and legends. We will taste a selection of vegetables for a Greek salad and use out DT skills to make our own versions. Please see the attached information and home learning ideas. We have been learning the scientific names for parts of a skeleton using a catchy song. Today we revised these using 'Simon Says'
