Game Changers

Well done to our new Game Changers who completed their training last night. They are going to help promote girls football as part of a national campaign to have equal access by 2024. They have some fantastic ideas already and are loving wearing their new hoodies.

Awards

Well done to these children who were awarded with a head teachers award and a good to be Green pencil today.

Stone Age Necklaces

Year 3 loved designing Stone Age necklaces in their art books. These designs were used to make Stone Age neckl out of model magic.

Some very creative designs - fantastic learning in Year 3.

Stone Age Outdoor Activities

Year 3 became hunter gathers, learning to throw bow and arrows (javelins) to kill the woolly mammoths, and aiming to collect berries. Mrs Anson kindly lit a fire so children could cook just like the Stone Age people would have done.

Art - Stone Age Cave Paintings

Year 3 have created their own cave painting using oil pastels and really enjoyed using their hands and fingers to blend in the colours, just like how a Stone Age artist would!
