Year 3 and 4 Glow Dodgeball

It was Year 3 and 4's turn at glow dodgeball tonight. They had so much fun! It was lovely to see the confidence of the pupils grow throughout the festival. Well done everyone, you did our school proud!

Good Bye to Charles at the JRF

We said thank you and good bye to Charles yesterday. Our amazing coach and mentor from the Jason Robinson Foundation. We have been so lucky to have him at our school and he has inspired the next generation to work hard and show respect. We also got to our very first rugby final and our pupils now have a passion for rugby. We are so thankful.

3…2…1…Action!

Year 3 have loved being directors of their very own Stone Age animations. Their finished animations are fabulous and they collaborated well to produce these.

Goodbye Charles

Year 3 would like to say a huge thank you to Charles for working with us in PE this year. You have truly inspired the class to be passionate about sport and we will miss you a lot. Thank you!

Superstars

Well done to all of our superstars this week. Congratulations to our first Bronze Awards winners too.

Reading advent

Year 3 have been enjoying watching their reading advent calendar this week. We have a different author each week sharing one of their books with us.

Chocolate rock cycle

Yesterday we experimented using chocolate how to replicate the formation of igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks. We had a lot of fun.

Year 3 and 4 Girls’ Futsal

A big well done to the Year 3 and 4 girls for competing in a futsal festival this evening. It was many of the girls first time representing school and although some were a little nervous at the start, their confidence really increased throughout the tournament. The girls showed fantastic teamwork and cheered each other one with lots of chanting and singing. Thank you to our Year 6 Game Changers who also came along this evening and helped to coach the futsal teams.

Amazing job girls!
