Connie as Mascot!

Connie was mascot for her birthday at Stockport County Football Club. She got to meet her favourite player, get her shirt signed and warmed up on the pitch with the players. What an experience!


Nerf Festival

Lots of fun was had by the Year 4, 5 and 6 girls at a nerf festival on Friday. Even Miss Mainprize got to join in! It was lovely to see some children representing school for the first time. Great job girls!


Athletics Competition

Last week, our Year 5 and 6 pupils took part in an athletics competition where they came 5th in their heat. They showed fantastic speed, strength and agility throughout. Well done everyone! 


Our MUWFC Mascot!

Matilda was a lucky girl to be chosen to be a mascot at the United vs Liverpool match yesterday. She was also interviewed on TV. What an experience. 


Pokemon Football Greater Manchester Finals

Our Year 5 and 6 boys football team played in the Pokémon football Greater Manchester Final tonight where they came 3rd!! The final game finished on penalties where Toby had some fantastic saves and won the respect award for our team. Well done boys, we are so proud of you all! 


Tameside Cross County Championships

Well done to all the KS2 pupils who took part in the Tameside Cross Country Championships this weekend! We had some fantastic results with 3 children being selected to represent Tameside in the Greater Manchester Championships! Y3/4 girls - Esme 16th, Alice 24th

Y3/4 boys - Eric 19th, Seb 22nd, Niki 25th, Peyton 28th, George 35th, Henry 36th

Year 5/6 girls - Lois 11th, Matilda 20th

Year 5/6 boys - Jacob 4th, George 7th, Luke 26th

Year 3/4 Dodgeball Competition

Lots of fun had at the Year 3/4 dodgeball competition tonight! It was great to see some children representing school for the first time. Fantastic dodging, throwing and catching skills and amazing dance moves too! Well done everyone! 


Year 5/6 Dodgeball competition

Our dodgeball teams showed fantastic skill and enthusiasm in their competition tonight. Our Year 6 team came 2nd in their group and our Year 5 team 3rd in theirs. Well done everyone - you did our school proud!
