Tilly's Seven Day Stair Challenge Around The World!

Tilly has sent me these pictures of a "7 Day Stair Challenge" she did  recently with her mum. Each day, she had to climb the number of steps of a certain building from around the world (see the photographs above) and write an interesting fact about the building too! Tilly  managed 3 days but continued to help her mum (who did the full 7 days!) with researching the facts.  I love this idea and might try it myself! Mrs Blomeley

Ted's Fantastic Learning

Ted has baked and decorated some delicious cakes with his sister, he even included the rainbow for the NHS. He has also painted a family tree on their family room wall by using their handprints. Even the puppy got it's pawprint on the wall. Can you spot it? He has also made a pop up Pokemon ball and a poster about healty living. Keep up the brilliant work Ted!

Alex's super home learning

Wow Alex you have been so busy. Well done for completing so many tasks set last week- remember to take any photographs in landscape so that they ve used on the website.

You have done really well with the maths work that was set- this was tricky. Well done for completing the comprehension about the Day of the dead- have you watched the whole film? I really enjoyed it. I am impressed with your balanced menu too- it looks delicious.

Keep up your amazing work Alex :)

Maisie's Wonderful Poster and Plane.

A great poster to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of Victory in Europe of WW2. Well done Maisie. What an amazing Spitfire, Colonel Tom Moore would be impressed, it is a real likeness to when the real thing flew over his home. Keep up the good work Maisie, you're doing a brilliant job. Miss Glenn.

Alyssia's Amazing Learning

Alyssia has been working hard with her home learning and last week based her learning around the first moon landing. She read the book 'Back to the Earth with a Bump', labelled all the planets and created a fabulous solar system and glitter galaxy. She has also been learning how to use a dictionary and wrote a list of things she would take to the moon with her. Alyssia has also been busy planting radishes, carrots and spring onions. She looked at the differences between the seeds, completed a growing diary and measured how long her vegetables were. Keep up the super work Alyssia!

Logan's Brilliant Learning

Logan's Mum tells me that he has been working really hard on his Maths work and recieved a certificate for yesterdays TT Rockstars competition which he loved taking part in. He has also been keeping active by riding his bike and scooter, climbing trees and exploring the woods near where he lives. Keep up the super work Logan!
