English - Hot seating

The class came up with questions to ask a Victorian working child. They paired up with other children to hot seat their partner who had to be in the shoes of a working child. This will help them with their diary entry which we will be starting later this week. 


National Space Week

The theme this year is Living in Space. "Living in Space" isn't just about designing spacecraft or stations — it's about solving the complex challenges that come with turning space into a home. Keep an eye out for blogs this week. 

 


Play Leader training

Our Year 6 play leaders completed their play leader training with Geoff and came up with lots of ideas of games they could play with the Year 1 and 2 pupils at break. They have some fantatasic ideas and we cannot wait to see them in action on the KS1 playground.


Cross Country Grand Prix

A huge well done to everyone who took on Storm Amy on Saturday for the first cross country race of the season! We are really proud of you for taking part!

Space Facts in Year 6

Year 6 have been fascinated in representing their space knowledge in a display book. I'm highly impressed by their hard work, knowledge and artistic skills.
