What a great day we had in Year 5 for World Book Day!  Children chose to dress as their favourite characters or in comfy clothes!  We had some well-known characters, such as Gangsta Granny, Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz and Michelangelo!  Alex Rider from Stormbreaker and a few Roald Dahl characters, such as an Oompa Loompa, Veruca Salt and the the Grand High Witch, also put in an appearance!  They brought their favourite books and read to the class and we looked at the books on offer for them to spend their £1 Gift Tokens!  Happy World Book Day everyone!
