Year 5 loved their Tennis session today, on their first day of Sports Week! They were able to use some of the skills they learnt last week in their Tennis session! It was fantastic to have a net today! Thank you Mr Berry! Thank you also to our Year 6 helpers, Phoebe and Evie. You were brilliant! We are all looking forward to the other events planned for this week! Mrs Blomeley
As part of sports week, we took part in a whole school Wimbledon day where the children practised their skills linked to Tennis. Well done everyone!
We have achieved GOLD for our School Games Mark Award for the 2024/25 academic year. The School Games Mark is a Government-led award scheme launched in 2012, facilitated by the Youth Sport Trust to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our success.

What a great way to start the sports week - swimming gala time. Our pupils came fourth overall and have done us so proud. They were cheering each other on so loudly, showing great team work too. Big shout out to Ted who has done the last three galas now and this will be his last - which he is very happy about. Huge thank you to Bella for stepping in last minute to do butterfly. Kai, who won his butterfly race and we had many 2nd and 3rd places too.

We've started Sports Week with tennis skills practice. We practised rolling the ball to each other, bouncing and catching the ball as well as bouncing it on the racket. We really enjoyed it! A big thank you to Year 6 boys who were super helpful and demonstrated each activity.
