Finlay's act of kindness

Finlay has been working on the 5 ways to wellbeing task this week. I am glad to see that you are being kind to your sister and that you are helping to look after your cat who has broken his leg too. I'm sure your cat is enjoying having so much time with you at home.

I am glad to see that you are keeping up with your writing and maths too.

I wish you luck for your competition entry to design a new City kit. And your cake baking skills are looking really good if that picture of your cake is anything to go off.

Isaac's home learning

Great work from Isaac at home- I am so pleased to hear that you have achieved some certificates for using TT Rockstars- well done.

Great artwork from drawing with Rob on Youtube- amazing skills Isaac. I love your home-made VE Day bunting too- I can't believe how much you look like your older brother on the photograph.

Great writing about what was behind the door- I love how you have conveyed the emotions at the beginning and built up the suspense. Then a great shift at the end to show your excitement about the game- fantastic work!

Aidan's home learning

Aidan it is lovely to hear about what you are up to at home. A great VE Day poster-I am glad that you enjoyed researching about this and presenting your poster. I am glad to see that you are practising your handwriting too this will be so beneficial for you when you start high school.

Keep up the effort Aidan :)

Broadbent Fold are looking forward to partnering with Oldham Athletic FC next week in the Joy of Moving Home Festival, joining thousands of schools across the country. The festival is aimed at KS2 children but parts are accessible by younger children if they want to join in. Participating in this festival gives us the opportunity to win £500 worth of equipment for school. See information about all the different activities for the festival in the files below.
