Maths Week
We thoroughly enjoyed maths week. Dave Godfrey was fantastic, we loved his new maths songs and cannot wait for the book to be out!

We have been learning about Diwali. We have been making Rangoli patterns and lamps. We have been reading the story of Rama and Sita. We loved sampling the traditional food!
We loved learning all about Guy Fawkes and the Gunpowder Plot. We built a bonfire outside, discussed how to stay safe, made sparklers, 2D shape rocket pictures and we wrote some wonderful firework words.
We loved our Halloween week. We made pumpkin soup, pumpkin collages, dressed up and made skeleton pictures.
We had a fabulous time planning and preparing for Olaf's birthday. We had an even better time celebrating!
The children made cakes, sandwiches and banners. They wrote out cards and invitations, designed wrapping paper and wrapped their own presents.
We love learning outdoors!
We had lots of fun making scones for our Royal Tea Party on Friday! We enjoyed eating them even more! The children looked fantastic in their outfits, it was like stepping into the 1950s. All monies raised will go to Macmillan, the total amount raised will be shared on the website as soon as possible. Thank you for all your donations.
We love our PE sessions with the sports coaches. We are developing our football skills and practising throwing and catching.
