Year 3 Poem
What a brilliant poem by a year 3 pupil. Not sure I dive in as elegantly though! Well done Emily.

Welcome to Year 1! 2024-2025
Our topic for Autumn term 1 is 'Where will YOUR POWERS take you?' We will learn all about Superheroes and the UK. We will be having a visit from the local fire service and our very own superhero dress up day. Remember we all have our own superpowers! Whats your Superpower?

Year 6 have got cracking with their learning really well. I'm impressed by their determination and drive at tackling new things. Have a look at a few activities from today.

It is my pleasure to share our new Head Boy - Ted and our Head Girl Isla, who have been carefully selected by our previous cohort. Our Prefects have also been chosen on their role model standards and superb applications. Well done! I cannot wait to start working with you.
Welcome to Year 6 with Mrs Higham and Mrs Gao. We are really looking forward to teaching the cohort again and supporting them in their final year at Broadbent Fold. I do hope you've all had a fabulous summer holiday, and the children are raring to get cracking for our first term in Year 6. This half term starts by ensuring the children understand the expectations of Year 6. I will be explicit in how we can raise standards to ensure the children know what they need to do this year to be secondary school ready.
Welcome to Year 2
We have attached our MTP and Home Learning Grid, this is also on Seesaw for parents and children. We look forward to seeing some fabulous home learning this year.
Is anyone out there? Is our very exciting theme for Autumn 1- with history of space and Beegu as our class text children are really going to enjoy their learning.
PE days are Monday & Thursday
During this last Half Term, Year 5 have immersed themselves in all things South American! They created homework tasks, based on one of the South American countries - our knowledge (including mine) has grown so much! The children can now successfully match the images of the different flags (in record time) and they are able to identify the difference between a human and a physical feature. They can also recognise work by the famous Brazilian artist, Beatriz Milhazes! Amazing! Here are some of them presenting their topics to the class, along with their work on display. Thank you Year 5
Look at our carrots and lettuce that has grown is our vegetable patch! Our KS1 gardeners are thrilled!
