Congratulations to our award winners this week. Headteacher's Certificates were awarded for collaboration in DT lessons when making fire engines and for showing great throwing and catching skill in PE.

Well done to these children this week!
Pupil Leaders and Wellbeing Champions met with Mrs Parker today to discuss the results of our recent Parents and Pupil questionnaire. What amazing feedback we had! All children present agreed that they felt happy and safe in school. They are looking forward to sharing information and raising questions to their own classes next week. Mrs Blomeley

Year 2 absolutely loved designing fire engines and making their own model fire engine!
They carefully planned their detailed designs. Children learnt about wheels and axles and used them in their designs.
We are very impressed with their fabulous Design Technology skills.

Today we focused on creating symmetrical and asymmetrical balances using points (small body areas) and patches (large body parts) with a partner in a simple sequence.
Welcome back Nursery,
This half term we will be learning about Bonfire night, The Gingerbread Man and we will finish with Christmas celebrations! I have attached the Medium Term Plan and Home Learning Grid for anyone wanting to do some additional learning (this is entirely optional).
