Dear Parent/Carer,

                                                 Young Voices Concert

As you are aware, our choir will be taking part in the Young Voices concert at the Manchester Arena on Thursday 2nd February.  We will be leaving school at 1:00pm and travelling by coach to the arena to rehearse with the conductor and band.  The coach will be leaving the arena at around 9:30pm to arrive back at school for approximately 10:15pm for you to collect your child/children. 

The children will require a packed lunch with them to have at tea time (we will eat lunch at school as usual).  Would you please also ensure your child comes to school with some black or dark trousers/leggings and a plain white t-shirt (the school t-shirt is fine) or the Young Voices t-shirt to change into before we leave.

If your child normally has a packed lunch at school and you would prefer them to have a hot school meal at lunch time on the 2nd as an alternative then this can be arranged. The cost of a school meal is £2.13 

Please complete and return the reply slip below by Monday 16th January.

It should be a fantastic night I can’t wait!

Please note, our last choir session will be on Thursday 26th January.
