This week is Children's Mental Health week so here are lots of different activities you can do to take a break from all your learning.

- Daily Mile Bingo = Walk or run your daily mile. Earn a certificate if you get a full house.

- Football, Rugby or Athletics Bingo = The first 3 themed bingo grids in a series of 6. For each full house you complete you earn a medal and if you complete all 6 then you get a School Games badge. You can either send your entries to your class teacher or submit them via the details at the bottom of the bingo grid.

- Dance lessons = United Sports Coaching who run our after school dance club have released some videos of dance lessons that can be accessed via their website in the members area www.unitedsportscoaching.co.Uk . There are also fitness videos for adults including HIIT, AMRAP, aerobics, zumba, yoga, strength and clubbercise.

- Cricket = Chance to Shine Cricket session at 2-2.45 on Wednesday. This week's theme is 'Brilliant Bowler' and to take part you will need a ball or rolled up pair of socks, a target (set of cricket stumps or a rubbish bin) and 9 small items (e.g. cups, pots, socks).
