Partnership Meetings Autumn 2017

APPOINTMENT REQUEST FORM

We are looking forward to talking with you about your child’s progress at our Parent Partnership Meetings on Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th October 2017.  At Broadbent Fold parents’ meetings are always well attended, with many year groups having 100% attendance each year; a clear indication of your commitment to your children’s education.

We realise child care can be a problem when attending meetings therefore we are providing a crèche in the hall. We also request that everyone enters school through the main entrance as there will be other activities taking place in the hall and information available that may inform and support you with your child’s learning.

We hope the evening will be informative and enjoyable allowing everyone to feel an important part of their child’s education!

The dates and times that the teachers are available are on the attached sheet, please complete and return the slip to your youngest child’s teacher. Each teacher will allocate a time and pass the form on to the next teacher.   You will then be sent a slip confirming your allocated times.  Hopefully this will prevent double bookings!

Due to demand each appointment will last 10 minutes, if you need longer please arrange a meeting on another evening.

Please note that Year Five and Year Six children are expected to attend the meeting with their parents, even if it is an evening appointment.

Also please note that all After school clubs (not including Rainbow) on Tuesday 24th

and Wednesday25th October will be cancelled.
