Dear Parents and Carers

It’s time for the PTFA Christmas Fair at Broadbent Fold on Friday the 4th December and in readiness the school will be having a non-uniform day on Friday the 27th November.

We are looking to have some great stalls and games for the children to participate in as well as the annual Christmas Raffle. Tickets will be on sale in the days running up to the Fair and on the day itself.

With the Fair in mind we are asking for donations of sweets, chocolates and bottles for our tombola stalls, to be brought into school on the morning of the 27th.

We have approached local businesses for raffle prize donations but welcome any unwanted and unopened gifts you may wish to donate or if you would like to donate any vouchers for services and goods we would be very grateful.

We currently have availability if any parents, carers or friends would like to hold a stall selling their own goods, we know that this has proved popular in the past. If you would like a stall please contact the office before the 4th December for allocation. For a single table a donation of £5 is payable or if you require a double table then the donation is £10 which is to be paid prior to the opening of the Fair, many thanks.

Broadbent Fold’s Christmas fair is just the start of the festivities planned for December and we know how much the children look forward to seeing Father Christmas and have a wander round the stalls.
