School Christmas Lunch – Wednesday 14th December

Dear Parent/Carer,

On Wednesday 14th December the school will be having Christmas lunch. The children look

forward to this and everyone enjoys the festive atmosphere in the hall on that day.

Those children who are already on school dinners will receive their Christmas meal and do

not need to complete the form below.

Children in Nursery (on Wraparound), Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 who normally have

a packed lunch may choose to have a Christmas meal on the 14th December and if this is

the case then please note the following:

Christmas meals must be ordered in advance (please return the slip below to the school

office, no later than the morning of Monday 28th November) and payment of £2.13 per

child, per meal must be made via the Tameside School Meal online payment system.

have a Christmas meal on the 14th December and do not need to make payment, but do

need to return the slip below.

Unfortunately we will not be able to accept any late requests after the morning of the 28th

November - this is to ensure the kitchen is able to order the correct quantity of

provisions required.
