The Winter Mini Challenge encourages children to keep reading through the winter holidays by rewarding them for reading and reviewing books.
To take part in the Winter Mini Challenge online, children simply read any books of their choice, then rate and review them at www.wintermini.org.uk. Prizes for taking part include a certificate and a virtual badge. The website above will also feature activities, recommendations for great winter reads, and competitions.

We are using a new scheme in school called 'Letterjoin'. All of these children have impressed their teachers! Their magnificent work has been displayed on our writing display near Mrs Parker's office.
Here is the home learning for anyone self isolating this week. Don't forget Education City also has lots of activities set too.
Stay safe!

Jacob's photographs show how he has used his number knowledge to organise his football cards in numerical order up to 420. He used place value skills to say which numbers were bigger/smaller and which hundreds they belonged too. He grouped them by hundreds initially and then looked at the tens number. Wow! That is brilliant work Jacob and an excellent example of using Maths at home! Well done and Good Luck! Mrs Blomeley
