This half term, Year 5 are learning about Exploring Europe. In Topic, we will be learning about several countries and testing our inner knowledge on other countries. We have begun the term by researching all about Europe and focusing on a chosen country of our choice. We have used Atlas's to locate European countries, using books and the internet to find out what countries are in Europe, what their capital cities are, what their national flag looks like and famous landmarks. We have also got an exciting opportunity to look forward to, where we will be tasting foods from European counties. Yum, Yum!
