Welcome to Year 4 with Mrs Higham- What a full fun packed year we have ahead
I do hope you've all had a fabulous February half term holiday, and the children are raring for the new term in... more
As well as her "Stair Challenge" and her exercise regime, Tilly has been busy doing a lot of other things as you can see in her photographs! She's been learning some new skills, including cooking and baking. She has made: Spaghetti Bolognese, Easter Nests, Cheese, Bean and Sausage Pasties (her mum said they tasted better than Greggs'!), a Lemon Drizzle cake (for her Grandma's birthday), Pizzas, Carrot Cake and Chocolate Concrete Cake! Wow! She also helped to make an afternoon tea for her grandma and grandad for their anniversary, as well as helping out with the family BBQ's!
Another fun thing Tilly did was make bird feeders - Tilly helped her mum by using the knowledge she had learnt from Eco Club at school. (Mrs Anson will be pleased!) Then they delivered them to neighbours and her grandparents to hang in their gardens. What a kind and caring citizen she is!
Playing Scrabble to help with her spelling, learning about frogs, using her artistic skills using POSCA pens and doing a giant crossword on the drive are just some of the other activites that Tilly has been involved in during the time she has been at home. I am exhausted just reading it! Well done Tilly! Mrs Blomeley
