This term our topic in Year 2 is Superheroes! We are learning about real life superheroes like Florence Nightingale as well as nurses, firefighters, doctors and people who make a difference today. 

This week we thought about what super hero powers we would like and came up with lots of fantastic ideas from shape shifting to magnetic hands! Then, we created our own potions to develop these super powers using a variety of different ingredients. We used measuring jugs so that we could put in exactly the right amount of certain things. Miss Laitl was very impressed with our potions so we are going to write her instructions of what to do if she would like to make her own.
