Year 4 created some fantastic homework projects when they were given the task of researching how people celebrate Christmas around the world!  They shared their presentations with the class and we all learnt some interesting and unusual facts. together with different names for Father Christmas!  Papa Noel,  Sinterklaas and Swiety Mikolaj are just a few!    We were also treated to a presentation about Christmas in Poland from Miss Laitl,  when we found out how people in Poland leave an empty chair and lay an extra place at their tables, so that no one is left out in the cold at Christmas.   All of the class demonstrated fantastic speaking and listening skills during the presentations.  Well done!
